what is and is not included in your service?
Basic Consumables - Included
All of our services include basic consumables (including things like silicone, lubricants and replacement fire rope), but does not include spare parts.
Repair & Remedial Work - Not Included
Our 'off the shelf' service packages are suitable for boilers without any faults and do not include repairs or remedial works. This is since the cause and extent of faults can often only be established by technical telephone support or during the engineer's visit to your premises.
Service Kits - Not Included
This service price does not include a manufacturer service kit. These are boiler model-specific spare-parts bundles which are recommended to be fitted by some manufacturers. When you indicate your boiler in the purchase form, it will indicate if a service kit is recommended.
