Domestic Heat Pump Service Contracts

  1. By purchasing a heat pump service contract online, the customer accepts Myriad Plantroom Service's standard terms and conditions (available as indicated above)
  2. By purchasing a heat pump service contract online, the customer accepts these specific terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them. If the customer has any questions or concerns, it is their duty to contact Myriad Plantrooom Services at service@myriadservice.co.uk before completing their a purchase.
  3. Our 'standard' and 'premium' service contracts cover single pump systems. If the customer owns more than one pump or has additional equipment to be serviced which is not listed within the service features of their chosen package, the service product they have chosen is not suitable and they should instead request a custom quotation available through our website.
  4. Payment is required in advance, through our online system.
  5. The customer accepts that Myriad can schedule the service visit date and time to suit the Myriad engineer rota. If a specific date or time is required then an additional cost may apply.
  6. Our Heat Pump Services extend to a limited number of brands, these are updated regularly and visible in the service request form. If the customer does not find their specific pump make and model in the service request form, there is no guarantee that Myriad Plantroom Services can or will service it.
  7. Myriad Plantroom Services offers no guarantee of servicing a specific make of heat pump even if it appears within the form or on this page, since circumstances beyond our control can prevent us from doing so from time to time.
  8. Myriad Plantroom Services reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check these terms prior to completing a purchase through our online system.

Domestic Biomass Boiler Service Contracts

  1. By purchasing a domestic biomass boiler service online, the customer accepts Myriad Plantroom Service's standard terms and conditions (available as indicated above)
  2. By purchasing a domestic biomass boiler service online, the customer accepts these specific terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them. If the customer has any questions or concerns, it is their duty to contact Myriad Plantrooom Services at service@myriadservice.co.uk before completing their a purchase.
  3. Our domestic biomass boiler service contracts cover single boiler systems, with maximum power rating as stated below. If the customer owns more than one boiler or has additional equipment to be serviced which is not listed within the service features of their chosen service product, the service product they have chosen is not suitable and they should instead request a custom quotation available through our website.
  4. Our domestic biomass boiler service contract is limited to boilers with a rating of 50kW or under.
  5. Payment is required in advance, through our online system.
  6. The customer accepts that Myriad can schedule the service visit date and time to suit the Myriad engineer rota. If a specific date or time is required then an additional cost may apply.
  7. Our domestic biomass boiler service contracts extend to a limited number of boiler makes, these are as follows: Herz, Froling, ETA, Gilles, MCZ, KWB, Windhager. These are updated regularly and visible in the service request form. If the customer does not find their specific boiler make in the form or on this page, there is no guarantee that Myriad Plantroom Services can or will service it.
  8. Myriad Plantroom Services offers no guarantee of servicing a specific make of boiler even if it appears within the form or on this page, since circumstances beyond our control can prevent us from doing so from time to time.
